What are Caliza's signature developments?
New-build communities and estates we develop and stand behind, including Travis Heights Residences in South Austin, Llano Ranch Estates in the Hill Country, and Buffalo Bayou Lofts in Houston. Each has its own page with pricing, sizes, and amenities.
Can I reserve a residence before it is built?
Often, yes. Several of our developments release residences in phases, and early buyers can register interest or reserve a home before delivery. Use the register-interest form on the development page and we will walk you through the options.
Do developments come with a builder warranty?
Our signature developments include a builder warranty, and the specific coverage is detailed for each project. Your advisor will share the warranty terms alongside the floor plans and pricing.
Can I customize a new-build home?
Customization depends on the development and the phase. Earlier in a release there is usually more room to select finishes and, in some cases, adjust the plan. Ask your advisor what is still open for the residence you are considering.
